Your privacy is central to how Toolza is built. This page explains how we handle your data.

Client-side tools

Most Toolza tools run entirely in your browser. For these tools, your files, text and inputs never leave your device and are never sent to our servers.

Server-side tools

Some tools (such as certain document conversions) require server processing. For these, files are processed temporarily and deleted automatically after processing. We do not log document contents.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we collect only privacy-conscious, aggregate usage events (such as which tool was opened). We never record the contents of your documents or sensitive calculator inputs.

Cookies

Toolza uses minimal local storage (for example, to remember your light/dark theme). We do not use tracking cookies unless analytics are explicitly enabled.
